The Body-Solid GPR400 Power Rack is designed to accommodate a wide range of facilities, from home gyms and garage gyms to commercial strength training facilities, sports team weight rooms, and more. Constructed with 11-gauge steel frames and oversized industrial-strength hardware, the GPR400 offers superior durability and is built to withstand the intensity of heavy powerlifting and frequent group training.

The GPR400 features a shorter height, just under 80 inches, compared to most competitive Power Racks, making it more suitable for home, garage, or basement gym settings. Its wide walk-in design provides users with increased space and comfort when performing a variety of exercises, including squats, lunges, rack pulls, and deadlifts.

The Power Rack's versatility is further enhanced by the ability to add a Body-Solid bench, which opens up several new workout possibilities, such as decline and incline press, bench press, and shoulder press. Additionally, the integrated 1 ¼" (32mm) diameter pull-up bar allows users to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, leg lifts, and oblique twists, adding to the functionality of the GPR400.

To ensure safety, each GPR400 comes standard with pipe & pin safeties and J-cup liftoffs.
